The food was quite good and the rooms were adequate in size.
The staff was unprofessional and not very attentive. We had to repeatedly ask for things like fresh towels and more toilet paper.

The hotel is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. the frequent bus service offers easy access to explore the mountains. the hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast has a wide variety of options, including real coffee. the hotel offers several facilities, including a trampoline and playground and a large kitchenette room.

Great location in the mountains, perfect for hiking and outdoor activities. Hotel facilities and staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and good quality of food for breakfast and dinner. Easy on-site parking and convenient transportation with nearby buses.

During our recent stay at Ferien- Und Familienhotel Alpina, we were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The bathrooms were generously sized, which was a great convenience for our group. But the real highlight was the breathtaking views from the hotel, making the out of the way location well worth it. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with real coffee. The hotel's proximity to hiking trails and a beautiful waterfall added to the peace and quiet of the location. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Breathtaking mountain views and excellent customer service! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our romantic escape. The spacious and clean rooms with generously sized bathrooms allowed us to relax and feel comfortable. We enjoyed the great breakfast spread and plenty of nearby hiking trails. The REAL coffee in the morning was a treat!
